We ensure that all healthcare staff at Andrewjon’s Limited meet and exceed CQC standards. Enhanced DBS checks, in addition to satisfactory references from two reputable employers or one previous educational institutions are minimum requirements.
We provide training training
All our healthcare assistants attend a 5 day induction that consists of 3 days in a classroom setting and 2 days in the community. The following core training modules are covered at our induction training:
